Returns & Refunds policy
Cancelling an order:
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase.
However, you are entitled to cancel your order by giving notice that you wish to do so before you receive the goods or within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by e-mail to: info@KarenEdwardsArt.com.
Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel the order:-
If we have not yet shipped the goods, we will process a reimbursement.
Should you wish to return your item once delivered, you have 14 days to return it. We will reimburse you as soon as possible once the returned goods have been received to our premises.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 28 days
The goods are undamaged in the original packaging with the email receipt
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:
Karen Edwards Art, Little Strood, Wadhurst Road, Mark Cross, Crowborough, East Sussex, TN6 3PB.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend that you use an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
None of the above will affect your statutory rights.
